The vision of the strategic alliance WISA INEOS is a computer-based design workflow for vertical Systems-in-Package (SiP) in which all relevant design requirements are taken into account in the early design phase. A universal software tool computes and visualizes balanced (pareto-optimal) solutions for the physical layout and allows an interactive selection and iterative improvement in a simple manner.
