Determining the optimal profile of a wiring channel according to several criteria was goal of an industrial project. A multitude of design alternatives was simulated and evaluated using standard and adapted FEM software. Supporting in the decision making was knowCube®, a novel tool for multi-criteria decision making with favorable properties like
