                      SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT


This Software License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and

hereinafter referred to as ITWM.

1. You may install and evaluate this software free of charge for a
   limited period of time (usually 30 days).  If you wish to continue
   using the software after the evaluation period you must purchase a
   full version from ITWM or your Mathematica reseller.  Otherwise,
   you must uninstall the software.

2. You may not decompile or modify any part of this software or
   accompanying written materials except for program modules provided
   in source code, which you may modify for your personal use.

3. This software and accompanying written materials (including
   instructions for use) are provided AS IS without warranty of any
   kind.  ITWM does not guarantee the fitness of the software for a
   particular purpose or makes any representations regarding the use,
   or the results of use, of the software or written materials in
   terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, currentness, or
   otherwise.  The entire risk as to the results and performance of
   the software is assumed by you.  ITWM shall not be liable for any
   direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out
   of the use or inability to use the software.
