Operational Stability No Longer Relevant? – or the Key to a Safe and Sustainable Future!

The annual conference of the German Association for Materials Research and Testing is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. 2024 will focus on a review of the past years and will also take a look at future opportunities for further development.

Our colleagues Fabio Schneider-Jung, Michael Burger and Sascha Feth from the »Mathematics for Vehicle Development« division will represent the Fraunhofer ITWM at their own exhibition booth. Michael Burger and Simon Beckmann together with some representatives of the BMW Group, will also give a presentation entitled »AI-Based Determination of Mechanical Stress on High-Voltage Batteries«. 

Fabio Schneider-Jung, Michael Speckert and Klaus Dreßler will also be giving a presentation on »Determination and Application of Wöhler Lines for Predicting the Service Life of Cables«.
