General information
 

Each of you may bring up to two people with you.

• On the one hand, each of you may bring one person with you who does not have a disability or chronic illness, but who meets the technical requirements for participation (i.e. has studied math or completed a physics degree, for example). This accompanying person will take part in the event just like you.
• On the other hand, each of you may bring an assistant. This person will not actively participate in the event. If you do not need your assistant at the moment, he or she can wait in a separate room.

If you do not yet know exactly who will be accompanying you, you can enter »N. N.« as the name. You can then submit the full details of your accompanying person and/or assistant by e-mail to isabelle.dieckhoff(at)itwm.fraunhofer.de by 09.11.2025.

We make every effort to ensure that all of you can take part in the event. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee perfect accessibility in all respects. Please let us know if you have any of the following needs so that we can adapt to them.
