L.O.G.I.S is a library for GIS-integrated optimization. Very similar to route planners the GIS (data management and visualization) and optimization component (generating solutions) work highly integrated. The algorithms in L.O.G.I.S for location planning and territorial design offer a multitude of applications in the area of geo-marketing. Features of L.O.G.I.S:

  • GIS-based optimization for planning tasks with a spatial character
  • support for widespread GIS like ArcView, MapInfo or CommonGIS
  • state-of-the-art optimization algorithms
  • adaptability to the requirements of our customers
  • implementation as a software component with individually tailored interface to the GIS
