Our »AI Rescue« Concept

Our offer is based on a modular approach that can be flexibly adapted to the needs of your company. With »AI Rescue«, we offer you three coordinated modules that help you to analyze and evaluate stalled AI projects and get them back on the road to success. You can start the process with any module and expand it as required.

  • First module: Problem analysis and clarification of the assignment

This module forms the introduction to the restructuring process.

Together with you, we analyze the current project situation and clarify the goals that were originally to be achieved. We evaluate the progress of the project to date, identify relevant stakeholders, and develop clear, measurable goals for the restructuring.

 

  • Second module: Audit with stakeholders and expert opinion

In the second module, we conduct a comprehensive audit involving all relevant stakeholders.

We identify necessary resources such as personnel, technology, and budget, and evaluate potential risks. Finally, we prepare an expert opinion with recommendations for action for the decision-makers in your company.

 

  • Third module: Workshop on restructuring and implementation

In this workshop, we discuss the results of the expert opinion prepared in the audit with you.

On this basis, we jointly develop a detailed roadmap for restructuring the project—including a time frame, milestones, and concrete next steps.
