AI and Simulation in Biotechnology

Model-based simulation and optimization play a key role in the efficient use of resources, increasing added value, and shortening innovation cycles. Mathematical models, algorithms, and data science form the central foundations and drivers of this development.

The Simulation and Software-Based Innovation Competence Center, together with the Fraunhofer Institutes for Industrial Mathematics ITWM and Microtechnology and Fraunhofer Institutes for Microsystems IMM, is organizing the workshop »AI and Simulation in Biotechnology.« The event brings together renowned academic speakers, representatives of the industry, and Fraunhofer researchers. All interested parties are cordially invited.

The workshop offers an opportunity for scientific exchange and personal networking between research and industry and aims to reflect on and actively shape the future of biotechnology.
