The »IPS Cable Simulation Japan User Conference« provides a platform for discussing the latest developments and a wide range of applications for the simulation software of the same name.

The conference focuses on advanced real-world application examples as well as new features and technological developments related to the simulation of cables, hoses, and wiring harnesses. Technical presentations followed by a networking event provide an opportunity to discuss current challenges and potential solutions and to build connections within the IPS community.

Our expert Dr. Fabio Schneider-Jung from the department »Mathematics for the Digital Factory« gives a presentation on new approaches in cable dynamics – including the modeling of fasteners and contact mechanics – as well as the use of AI-based surrogate models.
