Supercomputing 2026 is an international conference with a thematic focus on high performance computing, networking, storage and analysis. In addition to scientific lectures, there is also an exhibition of the latest technologies and products.

Our colleagues from the »Analytics und Computing« division are on site at a booth with several Fraunhofer ITWM projects as well as topics related to »High Performance Computing« and »Quantum Computing«.

Memory Centric Storage (MCS)

In this project, we are developing key components of a toolbox that combines different types of storage and brings computing processes directly to the data.

GaspiLS is a scalable and industry proven linear solver library for the exascale age and trimmed to achieve optimal scalability.

Quantencomputing

The Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft is establishing a national competence network for quantum computing. Our institute also has a competence center that coordinates and consolidates our activities in this field. The main focus is on high-performance computing (HPC) and quantum computing.
