Inclusion Career Event at the Fraunhofer ITWM

The transition to working life can pose particular challenges for people with disabilities or chronic illnesses. Questions often arise such as: Should I openly discuss my disability in a job interview? What support options are available if my dream job requires special adjustments in the workplace?

We would like to invite you to our inclusive careers event to address these issues, share experiences and introduce you to our institute as a potential employer. Together, we would like to create a space in which open discussions and mutual support take center stage.

In addition to an insight into our institute and the presentation of exciting projects, you will also receive information on applying and working with disabilities.
