The first Synthetic Data Symposium will take place on October 7 and 8, 2026, in Stuttgart – in conjunction with VISION, the world’s leading trade fair for machine vision. With this event, leading experts from research and industry come together to shape the future of AI-based machine vision. The symposium will showcase the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of synthetic data for industrial image processing, manufacturing, and quality assurance. It offers experts from academia and industry a platform to share their experiences and provide insights into successful applications – ranging from the simulation of complex production environments to the generation of training data for deep learning.

Our experts Markus Rauhut and Juraj Fulir from the »Image Processing« division will be on site as organizers and moderators of the symposium. Markus Rauhut will deliver the opening speech and Juraj Fulir will give a presentation.
