Hybrid Symposium

Automated driving also challenges driving comfort. Even assistance systems for semi-autonomous driving require advanced chassis systems in order to improve vehicle dynamics, among other things. As part of chassis.tech plus, presentations will be given on current technology from various specialist areas.

Our colleagues Tim Rothmann, Dr. Sebastian Emmerich, Dr.-Ing. Christoph Burkhart, Francesco Calabrese and Dr. Manfred Bäcker from the division »Mathematics for Vehicle Engineering« will represent us at booth 11 and present our simulation tool »CD Tire«. 

In addition, Tim Rothmann will give a presentation entitled »Virtual Scene Generation: Developing, Testing, and Validating Autonomous Vehicle Functions«. 

The 15th International Munich Chassis Symposium chassis.tech plus brings together numerous experts in suspension, steering, brakes and tires/wheels as well as automated driving to exchange experiences. Innovative research and development activities will be presented and constructively discussed here for the first time.
