ML in KL Lightning Talks

Seminar Series

You like science, ML and virtual coffee chats? This is for you!

In Kaiserslautern, there is a unique collection of mathematics and computer science competencies, which are being applied in numerous research projects in areas like Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Deep Learning.

The »ML in KL Lightning Talks« are a local initiative that offers new networking opportunities for researchers of all institutions in KL.

With a manageable amount of time (~ one hour) we'd like to spice up your lunch break in these challenging times by creating the opportunity to discuss common topics of interest, gain insights into the research subjects of others, and even find starting points for cooperation.

  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Five minutes per presentation
  • ~ Eight presentations
  • Discussion und virtual coffee chats afterwards

Who's invited:

Invited is everyone who does research on the respective topic and wants to report or discuss about it. Yes, tell and invite others!

Please register on the website of the single event.

In case you want to present your own work: Please send your slide with title to Sabrina Klar.

The presentations of a day in the series always belong to one topic and are generally in English.
