Rekonstruktion poröser Strukturen aus FIB-REM-Bildern

FIB-REM ist eine Serienschnitttechnik, die es ermöglicht, Materialstrukturen mit Auflösungen im Bereich <10nm räumlich abzubilden. Es ist jedoch schwierig, die feste Komponente aus dem resultierenden Stapel von REM-Bildern zu rekonstruieren, weil tieferliegende Strukturen in die aktuelle Ebene »durchscheinen«.

Unser morphologischer Segmentierungsalgorithmus löst dieses Problem. Um die Segmentierungsqualität zu bewerten, wurde eine Methode entwickelt, um realitätsnahe synthetische FIB-REM-Bilder poröser Strukturen zu simulieren.
