Conference

Once again this year, the annual conference of the German Actuarial Association (DAV) and the German Society for Actuarial and Financial Mathematics (DGVFM) offers the ideal framework for professional exchange among colleagues from various fields of activity with a wide-ranging and varied program. This includes interdisciplinary plenary events on current topics with high-caliber speakers from politics and business.  

Our colleagues Philipp Mahler, Marcus Willems, Renate Ernst, Dr. Stefan Mai and Mark-Oliver Wolf from the »Financial Mathematics« department will be on site with a stand. The focus will be on our »Life Insurance« and »Auditing« areas. 

Philipp Mahler will also be giving a presentation on »Practical challenges in the calibration of financial mathematical capital market models« (Praktische Herausforderungen bei der Kalibrierung finanzmathematischer Kapitalmarktmodelle).
